From Caernarfon - take the A487 (Porthmadog). Through Bontnewydd, after ½ mile take the left turn for Rhostryfan and continue to the village. Turn left at the first speed bumps, continue to the end and take the left farm track.

From Porthmadog - take the A487 (Caernarfon) for approx. 16 miles. You will pass Dinas Garage and Snowdonia Adventure on the left, Ignore the right turn here for Rhostryfan, carry on for a ¼ mile, take next right turn to Rhostryfan. Proceed as above
