BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY
Contact us by phone or email to make a provisional booking (Answer phone available)
We will send you a booking form to sign and return with your 1/3 deposit, or full rental if within 28 days.
Your reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt of your signed booking, with the balance being paid 28 days prior to your arrival. If you are booking within 28 days of your holiday then the rental in full is required and this amount sent with the booking form.
Cottages are available from 3pm or by prior arrangement.
Payment – we only accept payment by cash or cheque drawn in sterling on a British bank. We do not accept credit cards.
On receipt of your booking form and deposit we will send you a letter confirming your booking.
On receipt of the full amount we will send you a letter confirming that you have paid in full.
Cancellations – we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 2/3 of our terms, where in our estimation we have lost custom through cancellation. We reserve the right to revise our terms.
Suggestions & Complaints
We welcome any suggestions you have on how we can improve our service to you. We will deal with any complaints as quickly as is reasonably possible, so that you enjoy your holiday with us to the full.
