Prices shown are based on a weekly tariff : Saturday - Saturday

Out of season 2, 3 & 4 night breaks are available at 50%, 65% and 80% of the weekly tariff.
A 5-7 night stay is charged at the full weekly price. We reserve the right to change the published prices.
     
 

BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY

Contact us by phone or email to make a provisional booking (Answer phone available)
We will send you a booking form to sign and return with your 1/3 deposit, or full rental if within 28 days.


Your reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt of your signed booking, with the balance being paid 28 days prior to your arrival. If you are booking within 28 days of your holiday then the rental in full is required and this amount sent with the booking form.


Cottages are available from 3pm or by prior arrangement.


Payment – we only accept payment by cash or cheque drawn in sterling on a British bank. We do not accept credit cards.


On receipt of your booking form and deposit we will send you a letter confirming your booking.
On receipt of the full amount we will send you a letter confirming that you have paid in full.


Suggestions & Complaints
We welcome any suggestions you have on how we can improve our service to you. We will deal with any complaints as quickly as is reasonably possible, so that you enjoy your holiday with us to the full.

 

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The property is hired on the condition that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right to remain in the accommodation exists for the hirer or any person allowed into the property by the hirer.

The number of people occupying the accommodation is limited to the number of beds provided. The owner is under no obligation to accept a greater number.

Reservations will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the signed booking form and 1/3 deposit.

The full balance for accommodation is payable no later than 28 days before arrival.

All payments must be made in sterling drawn on a British bank and made payable to Elaine Moss, or in cash.

Lettings, unless otherwise agreed, are on a weekly basis, and commence from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure. If departure is delayed, the owner reserves the right to re-enter the property. The hirer will be liable for any costs incurred as a result of delayed departures.

The owner or their representative shall be allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time during the holiday.

The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation as found on arrival and either to replace any losses or breakages with items of equal value or pay the cost of replacement. The hirer is also liable for the cost of any damage done to the property.

Visitors to Hafoty Farm Cottages take part in any activities entirely at their own risk. We are requested by our insurers to advise that we cannot accept any liability for any personal injury or death, damage or loss which may be sustained by our clientele to their property during the period they, or any of them, are at Hafoty Farm Cottages except where it arises from negligence by the owner, its servants or agents. Such liability is in accordance with our Public Liability Insurance.

In the event of cancellation the hirer must advise us immediately, whereupon we will, without prejudice to our right to the balance in full, use our best endeavours to re-let.
If we are not able to re-let then:
for cancellation of more than 28 days before the start of the holiday a cancellation charge of 1/3 of our terms applies.
for cancellation within 28 days of the start of the holiday a cancellation charge of 100% of our terms applies.
Circumstances may arise where we have no alternative but to cancel your stay. In this situation we will make a full refund and try to offer a suitable alternative.
